We collect only the information you choose to give us. The MyVirtualPal website itself does not run any contact or signup forms — we do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or payment details directly through our marketing pages.
When you book a discovery call with us, you provide your name, email address, and (optionally) your phone number through Calendly. Calendly handles that scheduling form on our behalf as a third-party processor and shares the booking details with our internal team.
If you contact our support or operations team by phone, we use RingCentral to manage and route the call. RingCentral may record the call and capture caller-ID information so we can follow up and improve our service.
Usage Information: When you visit the site we may collect non-personally-identifying technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and visit duration for analytics and security purposes.

How We Use Your Information
We use the limited information you share with us to confirm and conduct the call or meeting you booked, to follow up on questions you asked us, to provide our virtual-assistant matching services, and to respond to your support requests.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use the information you give us to send unrelated marketing or promotional material unless you have separately opted in.

SMS Communications & Consent
If you opt in to receive SMS / text messages from MyVirtualPal — for example by checking an opt-in box on a Calendly form or by texting our number — we will only use your mobile number to send messages directly related to the service you requested (booking confirmations, scheduling updates, support replies, account notifications).
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. You can also visit https://myvirtualpal.com or email us to opt out.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your SMS opt-in and phone number are used only to communicate with you about the MyVirtualPal services you have requested.

We use the email address you provide to confirm your booking, send meeting details, follow up on your inquiry, and respond to support requests. Any optional newsletter or marketing email requires a separate, clear opt-in, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email.
